At Moda Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair return and exchange policy to ensure a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product if there is an issue with it.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all accompanying parts and accessories.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, the issue will be resolved at the factory’s expense without any cost to the customer.
- We offer a 3-year warranty on mechanisms, wood, and foam under normal usage conditions.
- If damage occurs due to misuse, fire, or fabric damage (such as burns or tears), the customer will bear the repair cost and shipping fees in this case.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or through the Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number or the phone number used for the order along with the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will arrange for the product pickup and explain the next steps to complete the process.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping
- Please ensure that you enter a detailed and accurate address to facilitate and speed up the delivery process.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
- Once the order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.
Delivery
- The delivery agent will contact you before delivery to coordinate.
- If there is no response, two additional attempts will be made on different days.
- After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Important Notes
- If the payment was made in advance but the order was not received, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, with the customer covering the shipping cost only.
- Partial receipt is not allowed—if the order includes multiple items, the entire order must be received.
- If the order arrives as requested but the customer decides not to receive it, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs only.
- If there is a mistake in the order or a product defect, you can request a return or exchange free of charge.
