At Moda Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair return and exchange policy to ensure a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product if there is an issue with it.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all accompanying parts and accessories.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect, the issue will be resolved at the factory’s expense without any cost to the customer.
  • We offer a 3-year warranty on mechanisms, wood, and foam under normal usage conditions.
  • If damage occurs due to misuse, fire, or fabric damage (such as burns or tears), the customer will bear the repair cost and shipping fees in this case.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or through the Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number or the phone number used for the order along with the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. We will arrange for the product pickup and explain the next steps to complete the process.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

  • Please ensure that you enter a detailed and accurate address to facilitate and speed up the delivery process.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Once the order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Delivery

  • The delivery agent will contact you before delivery to coordinate.
  • If there is no response, two additional attempts will be made on different days.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us.

Important Notes

  • If the payment was made in advance but the order was not received, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, with the customer covering the shipping cost only.
  • Partial receipt is not allowed—if the order includes multiple items, the entire order must be received.
  • If the order arrives as requested but the customer decides not to receive it, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs only.
  • If there is a mistake in the order or a product defect, you can request a return or exchange free of charge.
